substitution:
You can request a product replacement within 3 days from the date of receiving the order , in the following cases:
- The product arrived with a manufacturing defect.
- Receiving the wrong or non-identical product
- The product is unused and in its original condition (including packaging).
⚠️ Opened or used products, especially appliances or flavors, cannot be exchanged once opened.
Recovery:
The customer has the right to request a refund within 3 days of receipt , in the following cases:
- Product defect or damage
- Completely wrong shipment (different product)
- Shipping is delayed for more than 7 business days within Riyadh, or 10 days to other cities in the Kingdom.
The amount will be refunded after the product is inspected within 2-5 working days , and will be returned to the same payment method used.
Return Mechanism:
- Contact us via customer service (WhatsApp or email)
- Provide the order number and photos of the product if there is a defect.
- Prepare the product in its original packaging.
- We will coordinate with the shipping company to receive the product.
Cases not covered by return or exchange:
- Products that have been used or opened (such as flavors or coils)
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Any product that is more than 3 days old from the date of receipt
